Does the shampoo produce foam?

Yes, we always advise that you shampoo your hair twice with each wash. The first shampoo cleanses impurities and pollutants and the second cleanses your hair.

Is your shampoo suitable for all hair types?

Yes, all of our range is suitable for all hair types but we have developed ingredients that best suit hair types. So we have created three products that everyone can fit into. 'All Hair types', 'Fine or Oily' and 'Dry or Coloured'.

How long will it take to get here?

Our shipping details are here. Typically we achieve arrival within 2-3 days. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship all over the world, please see shipping and returns here.

I have allergies, are your products safe for me to use?

We have developed these products with my own allergies in mind and feel that everything we use in our ingredients has been clearly labelled for you to identify anything you may be allergic too. Our family choose to use our own products instead of highly chemical based ones as we feel safer and have no allergies or eczema anymore.

If I do not get on with the product what should I do?

We want everyone who uses No Ordinary to feel completely satisfied so if you are not happy, please email and post your product back to us within 7 days and we will be happy to give a full refund. Unfortunately we can't refund shipping costs.

How long does it take to see the benefits of using No Ordinary?

With all skin types this does vary but typically seeing clear results can take up to 2 weeks.
